What is your price point?

Average $225-350 per guest including food and transportation.

Payment terms are as follows: 50% non-refundable due at booking, balance due upon event completion as agreed by both parties.

Do you provide a full-service or drop-off?

Both – I provide full-service + drop-off (minimum for drop-off order is $ 1000).

Do you provide wait staff, rentals, florals, alcohol? If not, do you provide recommendations to clients when booking?

We can provide it all upon our clients’ requests and their expenses.

What is your most booked format? (i.e. meal prep, sit down dinner, casual party)

Dinner parties – plated, family-style or buffet; Culinary experiences – Special occasions, holiday parties and business dinners.

Which cuisine is your specialty?

Italian cusine – Mditeranean – French.

What cities/regions do you service?

Based in Aspen, Vail, Denver, and all well-known Colorado cities and high-end resorts but able to travel all over the world.

What kitchen supplies are required? (what should a client prepare ahead of time / have in their home vs. what should be delivered)

Preferably equipped kitchen at site including kitchen utensils, pans and pots, dining room set up. We provide them all upon request and clients extra charge.

Who is responsible for cleaning the kitchen after the event?

Chef and his team.
